This website is dedicated to promoting and highlighting school clubs that focus upon future careers in health care fields. The Webmaster is also the Senior Academic Advisor for The Health Care Careers Program, a program of The Coastal Bend Health Education Center (Corpus Christi, Texas), which is a center of The Texas A&M University System Health Science Center (College Station, Texas).

The Health Care Careers Program (HCCP) is addressing the serious shortages in the various health care occupations and professions by establishing and by serving as a support system for school clubs that provide students with opportunities for health care career awareness and exploration. The Coastal Bend Health Education Center Health Care Careers Program services an area that includes 19 counties in the Greater Coastal Bend Area of Texas.
